Credit Card Information
Polyreel does not store credit card information on our eCommerce servers.

Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when submitted on orders by our visitors or via email contacts. The information provided is used to fulfill specific request. We do not resell or use this for marketing purposes.
 

Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Data Security

Our data in transit encryption uses HTTPS, TLS 1.2+ and automatic SSL, while data at rest uses AES-256—the strongest encryption standard commercially available.

Reverse Engineering
Parts are supplied with the intent of not being reverse engineered by the customer or a company for redistribution. Customer's buying parts just to reverse engineer, knockoff, or copy Polyreel will not be tolerated. If this is found out shipments will be stopped, accounts will be cancelled and the possibility of reporting name, address, contact information to other dealers for awareness or lawsuits may occur.

Minimum Order
There is a mandatory $20 minimum order requirement for orders placed online (before shipping charges are applied) to any order placed. This ensures that the cost of employee labor, cost of goods, box and packing material, etc are accounted for.

Website Content
Polyreel attempts to have content accurate and up to date, but errors can occur. Parts, pricing, cross references, images and descriptions are updated periodically. Polyreel is not responsible to notify customers regarding changes, additions, pricing and/or removal of parts. Website pricing is applicable only to currently in stock inventory. Images are for representation only DO NOT BUY based on the image - confirm based on part number, things change over time and images do not get updated or possibly show different configurations.

Taxes
Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and assessments against the merchandise. Taxes may include, without limitation, all federal, state, provincial, county or municipal sales, use, or other taxes where applicable.

Warranty
No warranties are implied or offered by Polyreel. Parts and accessories are sold "as is". Some parts may carry the original manufacturers warranty. Polyreel will not be held liable for parts installed by customers.

Stock Configuration / Built as Intended
Parts are supplied for stock H1 and Humvee configurations only. Parts used on modified vehicles IMMEDIATELY void any manufacturer's/suppliers warranty available.

Parts Fitment
H1 and Humvee tolerances may vary significantly between vehicles from the factory. Parts may require minor modification to fit your specific vehicle.
 

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Polyreel reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 3 - 6 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Polyreel shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Polyreel shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Polyreel shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
Polyreel may offer from time to time free shipping on certain parts, this offer only applies to domestic ground shipping - not expedited - to Canada and the United States (and excludes international shipments, Alaska, Hawaii and other countries or territories). AKA offer only valid for Canada and the lower 48 states. If you are an international customer and want to take advantage of this offer (when active) enable a different bill-to / ship-to option during checkout.

Domestic and Priority Shipping
During checkout the customer will be provided the option of ground shipping only. All Next Day and 2nd Day shipments must be called into customer service and cannot be placed online. This is to verify customer shipping information, ensure product availability and estimate costs PRIOR to shipping. Polyreel utilizes UPS for Home Delivery, Ground and Express shipments. They are preferred due to the high dollar value of the parts being shipped, trace-ability, pickup/delivery, low claim history, shipment dimensions and high availability of their networks. USPS/Canada Post shipping is NOT offered for any domestic shipments. Shipments that exceed certain dimensions and weight may ship LTL (common freight carrier). Those shipments will be quoted prior to shipment.
Due to claims, proper insurance requirements and potential fraud we do not allow customers to use their own Fedex/UPS shipping accounts (aka, please ship using my Fedex account XXXX instead of being charged for shipping) these requests will not be honored during checkout. If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.


APO / PO Boxes
We do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.

International Shipping 
All parts ship from Canada unless otherwise noted. International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). All VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at the time of sale and Polyreel is not responsible for these fees or charges associated with your country of import. Once an order has shipped, any orders that are refused by the customer and returned to Polyreel because of non-delivery will not be refunded. The carrier may also destroy the shipment and it is not in our control. If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

Part Returns
All sales are considered final and no parts will be eligible for return unless they were picked/shipped incorrectly or spec'd out incorrectly by Polyreel while helping with an order over the phone or via email. If you have any questions about fitment of parts or proper application please contact us PRIOR to placing an order to ensure you get the correct parts.

Core Returns
Any returned core must be an original AM General part, in rebuild-able condition and returned within 15 days from the date of original shipment. All shipping charges for returned cores will be the responsibility of the customer. If cores are not returned within 15 days core charges will not be refunded. Core condition is subject to Polyreel and cores returned that are not in reusable condition will not be credited back to the customer.
