Our basic conversion kit is perfect for those that prefer to “DIY” or utilize a smaller local shop for the installation, and includes the essential components required to swap a Duramax drivetrain into your H1 Hummer / HMMWV project. 
The engine mounts incorporate a bracket to support the factory driveshaft carrier bearing and utilize the factory Duramax engine mounts. The transmission crossmember allows use of the factory transmission mount. Combined, these reduce the overall vibration and allow for optimal positioning of the Duramax drivetrain.
 
Kit includes:
Right and Left engine mount
Transmission crossmember
New rear driveshaft including yoke and u-joints
CNC cut composite engine fan
Severe Duty engine fan clutch
Front Adaptor yoke, u-joint and boot (to utilize stock front driveshaft)
 
Fitment Notes: 
This kit supports RPO Code LB7 to LML Duramax drivetrains, including use of the Duramax NP261/263 selectable 2ws/4wd transfer case.
This is a basic conversion kit and includes the required parts to install the Duramax drivetrain into an H1 Hummer / HMMWV chassis, it is not an all-inclusive complete kit. We do include a list of recommended additional parts to help complete the swap but please consider additional requirements such as intercooling and piping, fuel system, exhaust components, engine harness wiring and tuning etc.
